What costs are involved?
Our Bronze plan cost $57 +GST per unit and is serviced by an A2Z refrigeration mechanic, once every 12 months.
Our Silver plan is $109 +GST per refrigeration unit and is serviced every 6 months (or twice a year) by an A2Z refrigeration specialist. This maintenance plan, works out to be $51.30 each time a refrigeration unit is serviced, providing customers with a 10% saving per unit.
Our Gold plan is $151 +GST per refrigeration unit and is serviced three times a year, this means an A2Z Refrigeration mechanic will conduct a scheduled maintenace check every 4 months. This plan, works out to be $45.60 each time a refrigeration unit is serviced, providing the customer with a saving of 20% per unit.
Our Platinum plan is $205 +GST per refrigeration unit and is serviced four times per year (or every 3 months). This works out to be $45.60 each time a refrigeration unit is serviced, providing cumstomers with a 20% saving per unit, the Platinum plan also provides businesses with no call out fees for emergency breakdowns on maintained equipment.
The price covers the maintenance cost only, quotes will be provided for recommended repairs.
Example of costs:
John Smith from Brisbane Cafe's signs up for a Silver Plan. John has 4 refrigeration units to be serviced, 1 x Ice Machine, 1 X Cold Room & 2 x Underbench Fridges. This plan provides John with a scheduled maintenance service for his 4 units, every 6 months. At the end of each visit John will be charged $205.20 +GST (total yearly cost of $410.40 +GST).
How do we pay for the maintenance plan?
Payment is required immediately after each visit and will be invoiced per unit serviced. Payment is to be made by cash, card, or cheque only.
No accounts for maintenance.
What is the minimum term for a maintenance plan?
All maintenance plans are lock-in 12 month contracts.
How often should we service our equipment?
A2Z recommends each maintenance plan be tailored to your businesses needs. The main point of difference is "how many times per year", this is due to usage of the equipment and environment surrounding the equipment. Our most popular maintenance plans are silver & gold.

Can we cancel our maintenance plan?
YES, if a client wishes to cancel a plan, simply contact us via email for the cancellation. Termination will occour at the end of the 12 month contract.
What happens if my refrigeration equipment suddenly breaks down?
In the event of an emergency breakdown, a call out fee will apply (unless on Platinum maintenance plan). Of course there will always be some unexpected break downs of the equipment, some things are unforeseeable, thou we strive to do our best by prolonging the life of the equipment and saving real money in running costs.
Can we upgrade or downgrade a plan?
YES, if you are upgrading a plan your business will be billed the added cost of the new plan. Downgrading will take effect on the next billing cycle.
We no longer need a unit serviced.
If a refrigeration unit has been sold, removed or beyond repair it can be removed from your service list and your bill. Inform A2Z via email.
When does A2Z complete the maintenance?
Maintenance is carried out on scheduled days provided by A2Z Commercial Refrigeration. Maintenance is only completed in normal work hours (8am-5pm). While we do our best to stick to time frames, occasionally emergency breakdowns occur and we maybe a day or two delayed. We aim to stay in contact with the client and inform of any delays.
What if our business has moved?
Scheduled maintenance will continue at the address given and billed unless A2Z Commercial Refrigeration has been notified of business location changes (and is still with in our service area).
Is my business eligible for an A2Z maintenance plan?
The minimum units per plan is two, this mean your business has two pieces of commerical refrigeration equipment that requires maintenance. Your business must be in our service area.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
A2Z has the right to refuse offering a maintenance plan or services.
